| Criminal booked under PSA | | | JAMMU: An alleged criminal was booked under public safety Act (PSA) here today.
Police sources identified him as Harpal singh alias Raju Kanjari, son of Nand Singh of Mahashakti Nagar, Gadigarh. The orders to book him under PSA were issued by district magistrate Manok Kumar Dwivedi. Soon after he was booked under PSA, he was sent to Kot-Bhalwal jail, the sources added. SP (south) Rameshwar Singh said Harpal was in a murder case, three attempt to murder cases, two cases of arms Act and one chain snatching case in Satwari area. |
