| Bakaya exhorts upon youth for active political participation | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 10: A seminar was organized by SAY4SEWA (Students and Youth for Social Empowerment & Welfare Activities) on the topic "Youth and Politics".
The chief guest of the programme was Vijay Bakaya (IAS) ex Chief Secretary and adviser to CM, presently a member of state legislative council.
In his address to participants, Bakaya urged the young generation to come forward and take an active part in the political system to address the national issues and interests.
In his speech he said being the largest democracy in the world, it's a blessing for the people of the country to enjoy the freedom of speech to support or criticize any move of any government.
He urged the youth to exercise their vote to right for electing the right representatives. |
