| MD PDC refutes news item loaded on Internet | | | early times report
SRINAGAR, Sep 12: Managing Director of Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Corporation (PDC), Mr. Shaleen Kabra while commenting on a news item loaded on the internet edition by a section of Press alleged that during yesterday's fire incident important records of the Power Development Corporation have been destroyed.
He made it clear that it was Power Maintenance and Supply office which was set on fire by the violent mob and Power Development Corporation is on the other end of the building which remained intact, therefore not a single paper of PDC has been destroyed.
Those who have made the statement should make a clear distinction between Power Maintenance Department and Power Development Corporation.
Accordingly he refuted contents of the news item categorically and termed it as figment of imagination.
