Jammu, Sept 12: National Panthers Party Chairman Bhim Singh has lashed out at the criminal silence of the Central leadership on the inflammable situation in Kashmir that has arisen due to the total collapse of the administration in Kashmir.

"Had the Chief Minister abdicated his responsibility to the Huriyat leaders to protect the lives and properties of the state," he further questioned holding the Chief Minister criminally liable for the arson, loot and destruction of the State records and properties on the Id day in Kashmir.
