Jammu, Sept 13: Jammu and Kashmir has been facing problems from terrorists from more than two decades. The Indian army, CRPF and state police also have been struggling every hour to maintain peace and harmony in the state. The entire Kashmir Valley is in turmoile for the past 4 months.
Keeping government on their toes, and life at stand still, four months under curfew has psychologically moulded minds of the locals especially youths
Apart from the ongoing violence in Kashmir, recently till September 13, 83 persons got killed. This event has stimulated the violence in Kashmir right now and indefinite curfew has been announced. Every killing was followed by protest which again followed by killing, this process continues till date.
From stone pelting to assaults on cops and para military personals, these young protestors have now adopted violent act by burning government properties and schools.
The recent incident of protestors where they burnt Crime Branch office, PDD chief's office, two police posts and schools, besides, ransacking residential house of minister.
Members of various Networking sites were visible in condemning such acts and consider such activities against their movement. Government blames separatists for this ramshackle, whereas separatists are blaming government agents. Amid this blame game it
Valley which is losing its charm and its Kashmiri's who are losing their property by adopting this new trend of burning property.
Jammu and Kashmir Government accused the Chairman of moderate Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umer Farooq of not sticking to assurances made by his close aide to the administration that the march to Lal Chowk planned on Eid would be peaceful.
Whereas Mirwaiz in counter said that this all is handi work of government agents who are trying to malign this freedom struggle.
According to reports people of the state consider this all melodrama to be a part of a bigger conspiracy to sideline Hardline faction and make the moderate faction more relevant. Today protest in valley was against burning of Holy Book in USA, but another 13 people died in single day.
This trend will prove disastrous for the valley in the coming days.
