| Strict police action ensured peace in Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KISHTWAR, Sep 15: The police action under the command and supervision of Dr. Haseeb Mughal over raising of anti-India and pro-freedom slogans by the protesters of particular community yesterday , ensured the peace in Kishtwar. The police have identified the youths who pelted stones on police and raised the pro-freedom slogans , and started hunt for these youths. Late last night when the police was conducted raids in Umer mohalla Kishtwar, some miscreant entered in local masque and made a provocative announcement appealing the youths of particular community to give sacrifice and fight against the police as well as other forces. On hearing the such provocative announcement panic griped among the peoples and they started contacting their nears and dears on telephone and remained in worry. The police swing into action and foiled the nefarious design of miscreants. Police has registered the case in this regard and started investigation to locate the person who made provocative announcement from the masque.
Meanwhile BJP unit district Kishtwar hold a meeting under the chairmanship of Retd. Capt. Hukam Chand and issued a press note appreciating the role of district administration and Police particularly Dr. Haseeb Mughal S.P. Dr. Sunil Gupta IPS, A.S.P and Thakur Mohan Lal SDPO for their action and role . They also praised the administration of D.C Kishtwar G.R. Bhagat.
