| Chauhan completes 15 yrs of service | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 15: the general manager, with Asia Group of Hotels, D.N Chauhan completed 15 years of his career as General Manager operations with the hotel industry today. He on the occasion said it is the biggest achievement of his life and it is also a record in the industry that a person has worked for such a long period as a general manager with one organization. He said it was a joint efforts of Managing Director H.S Anand Director's R.D Anand, H.D Anand who inspired, encouraged in all the spheres otherwise it would have not been possible to achieve this landmark. Born in a tiny village of Himachal Pradesh he started his career with the hotel industry in the year 1979 as management Trainee when Hotel Asia Jammu Tawi was under the banner of Welcome Group and later on transferred to a newly opened unit at Asia the Dawn-Shimla.
He took over as general manager of hotel Asia Jammu Tawi on 15 September, 1995. Before this assignment he has worked in different capacities in the industry in all the Hotels of the same group.
He said very shortly the management is going for major renovation of Hotel Asia Jammu Tawi. |
