Six NCC officers bring laurels to state

Jammu, Sep 15: Six Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) who attended Officer Training Academy (OTA) at Glawior brought laurel to the state. Giving information a NCC officer said that the six ANOs of the state returned today after attending Pre-Commission training at NCC Officers Training Academy, Gwalior. The said ANOs , officer said, who are regular Prof/Teacher in College/Schools of the state have made the state proud by securing Ist & 2nd positions in Senior wing and 1st position in Junior Wings at the said training. The course was attended by a total of 83 Prof/Teacher from all over country. The ANOs who brought laurels to the state are Lt Anjana Sharma-GDC Akhnoor , Ist Position in Senior Wing, Lt Romilla Malla Bhatt- GDC Udhampur (Boys) 2ndPosition in Senior Wing, T/O Dulari Singh-Army School Domana, Jammu 1st Position in Junior Wing. Brig Thomas George, Dy DG NCC, Jammu & Kashmir, commended the above ANOs for their sterling performance and asked them to further improve the functioning of NCC in their Colleges and schools
