| NDS organizes auditions for dance, singing | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 15: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) The Art Foundation in collaboration with Parwana Musical Group (PMG) organized auditions for singing and dancing at K.L Sehgal Hall, for the Jammu talent and for "Jammu Star Awards-2010" here today. A similar audition was held on 27 - 28 August, 2010 for the Jammu talent for "Jammu star awards-2010". 45 contestants were selected out of 55 and dance audition was held on 28 August, and 52 contestants were selected out of 65. Audition of singing and dance today was held for those who could not reach at the venue on 27 and 28 August, due to some unavoidable reasons. Out of 100 participants 25 were selected. Yash Paul Yash, Viney Gupta, Poornima Sharma, Dogra Harish Kaila, Ramesh Parwana, were the judges for singing. And judges for dance were Ritu Bedi, Sunil Sharma and Ajay Raina. Jammu Star Awards -2010 competition will be held on 27 and 28 September 2010 at Abhinav Theatre in which judges of National fame and Super Star of Sony Television, Daughter of Sq.Ldr.Anil Sehgal and Seema Anil Sehgal, will visit on 29 September, 2010 for giving awards to the winners of Jammu Star Awards-2010 at Zorawar Singh Auditorium of Jammu University. |
