Jammu, Sept 15: In a petition filed by one Ajay Sharma seeking admission in the B.Com Part-I in Commerce College Jammu as his result was declared late, Justice Sunil Hali of Jammu & Kashmir High Court (Jammu Wing) issued fresh notice to Commissioner/Secretary Higher Education, Principal Govt SPMR College of Commerce Jammu and University of Jammu through its Registrar. Advocate WS Nargal accept notice on behalf of Jammu University and ordered that steps for service of other respondents within one week. ---JNF |
