All Party Meet axed Panthers Party | Jammu, Ladakh remained unrepresented | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 15: Chairman, JKNPP Prof Bhim Singh, described today's so-called All Party Meeting as discriminatory and arbitrary towards the interest of the people of Jammu and Kashmir particularly that of Jammu and Ladakh who remained unrepresented for the first time. The Panthers Party Chief said that National Conference had threatened to boycott the meeting if Panthers Party was allowed to participate. It was for the first time that Panthers Party the sole representative of the people of Jammu was shut from the meeting to please National Conference. There were three recognized state political parties by Election Commission of India namely, National Conference and PDP based in the Valley whereas Panthers Party is third recognized political party based in Jammu region. The National Conference and Kashmir Congress have been taking the people of Jammu for a ride for 60 years and it is for the first time that Panthers Party has challenged the corrupt and communal leadership in the Valley who have been exploiting the innocent Kashmiris in the name of religion and region. Panthers Party Chief asked Congress to withdraw the support from the National Conference government after the collapse of today's so-called All Party Meeting. Prof Bhim Singh called on the people of Jammu region to rethink on the entire situation so that the people of Jammu Pradesh are no more treated like sheep and goats by the so-called rulers, may it be Congress or National Conference. The Panthers Party Chief said that not a single issue confronting the people of three regions came for discussion during six hours of heated discussion which remained centered only AFSPA which is not within the competence and jurisdiction of the busybodies and political leaders at all. Prof Bhim Singh said that the Chief Minister has become a security risk and therefore he must go. Any political party which would try to save sinking ship shall also sink in the depth of the sea forever. |
