ACTF demands extension for filling I.T. returns

Jammu, Sept 16: Associated Chamber of Traders Federation (ACTF) in a memorandum submitted to Chairman Central Board of Direct Taxes New Delhi has apprised him about the uncertainties created by the present turmoil in the valley and most parts of Jammu region. As per release a plea has been Returns of the Accounts for the year 2009-2010. The extension has been sought from 30th September to 31 December 2010. In this regard as delegation of the associated chamber of traders federation led by its president Yash Paul Gupta has also called on commissioner income tax J&K and sought his recommendation on the genuine demand of the traders. The delegation comprised Neeraj Anand, Chamber Gulati, Attar Singh, Kewal Gupta, kailash Nagar, Dinesh Gupta, Ajay Mahajan, Om Parkash Mahajan, Yesh Paul Abrol, kamaljeet Singh, and Dinesh Kumar.
