| Panthers Party to boycott All Party Delegation | | | EARLY TIMES report
Jammu, Sept 16: J&K National Panthers Party shall boycott the so-called All Party Delegation to J&K for the reason that there no terms and conditions attached nor such a delegation has any constitutional authority to take cognizance of the facts and situation that prevails today in J&K and particularly in the Kashmir Valley. The meeting of the core group of the JKNPP presided over by its chairman, Bhim Singh expressed no confidence in the so-called All Party Delegation which has completely ignored the miserable plight of the people caused by the imposition of round the clock curfew in the Valley of Kashmir, the plight of over one million refugees from POK who have been waiting for their comprehensive settlement for the past 63 years besides the denial of equity and justice to the one million refugees from Pakistan who have been residing in J&K without any civil, political or fundamental rights. "Any delegation where ruling alliance in J&K namely, Congress and National Conference are included as a party, the Panthers Party shall boycott such a delegation which is a burden on the tax-payers as well as waste of time.
This delegation has been proposed only to feel further dose of oxygen for the Chief Minister who has lost his acceptance among the people," Panthers observed.
