| Nodal Officers posted for newly created Districts | | | Srinagar, October,25:- With a view to initiate and complete preliminary work related to the setting up of administrative infrastructure for the newly approved districts, government has ordered transfers and postings of five nodal officers today.
Mr. B.S. Jamwal, KAS Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu has been commissioner Nodal Officer for Samba district, Mr. Shahid Anayatyllah, KAS Special Secretary Agriculture Production has been posted as nodal officer Kishtwar.
A.D. Shanaz, KAS awaiting orders of posting in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu has been posted as Nodal Officer for Ramban while as Charanjeet Singh, KAS Additional Deputy Commissioner Kathua has been posted as Nodal Officer for Reasi District.
Sheikh Mushtak Ahmed , KAS Additional Commissioner Kashmir has been posted as Nodal Officer for Bandipora.
Each Nodal Officer shall set up office at the headquarters of the newly created district in the identified government building and in case the same is not available, the office shall be set up in a rented building.
The Revenue department shall provide Revenue Officer who should be of the rank of Assistant Commissioner and the rest of the staff will be provided by the General Administration Department from out of the available staff including surplus staff of PSU’s and Corporations for these Nodal Officers.
The orders for the posting of nodal officers of remaining three newly approved districts in Kashmir Division would be issued separately . |
