J&K facing difficulties since partition: JKHRW | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Sept 18: The people of Jammu & Kashmir have been facing the difficulties right from the partition, through one way or the other. This was stated by the chairman J&K Human Rights Watch B.L. Kapoor while addressing in a meeting held here today. \ He said that the government is not able to solve the major problems and issues of the state. “The time seemed to have come when there were some rays of hopes to eradicate difficulties by young chief minister Omar Abdullah but it is unfortunate that some anti nationalists and vested interest people who do not want Omar a successful personality of the state as well as country has created a mess into the progressive and developmental activities being carried on by the coalition government headed by him. Kapoor further said that Omar Abdullah has a dream to convert the state into model corruption free state and progressive state. The dream of young CM could come true only when the people of the state realize the facts and cooperate with him. Kapoor also hailed the support extended by Rahul Gandhi who has ruled out his intervention in the affairs of J&K and also refused for withdrawal of the Army forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from the state. Besides Rahul Gandhi also supported Omar in doing tough job especially during these days when Kashmir situation is critical. He further added that survival of coalition government is essential for curbing the corruption and declining of violation of Human Rights in all sphere of human lives thus all people belonging to all communities should cooperate the young dynamic CM of J&K for bright prospects.
