| Drug controller inspect edibles | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Lakhanpur, Sept 18: A team led by Deputy Director Drug Controller Jammu, Lotika Khajuria today inspected food items and medicines at the entry of the state in a laid naka with assistance of excise department here.
The team comprised of Assistant Drug Controller Renuka Raina, Assistant Food Controller Sanjeev, Food Inspector Hiranagar Hans Raj, Food Inspector Samba Raj Kumar, Food Inspector Nagri Charanjeet Kumar and Food Inspector head quarter Jammu Parvez Ahmed.
During the inspection team took samples of milk, besan, biscuits, medicines, oil and salt. During this inspection drive the team got full assistance from excise department under the direction of ETO Alias Khan. On the occasion Deputy Director Drug Controller Lotika Khajuria said that to ensure supply of good quality of eatables as well as medicines such inspection drive will continue in future also.
