Kissan movement worried over plight of farmers

KATHUA, Sept 18, Kissan Movement today held a massive demonstration under the leadership of the founder of nature-mankind friendly global movement Babu Singh.
The movement took out procession of the farmers from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park to DC office kathua to protest against alleged failure of state and union government to protect agriculture sector and farmers. Addressing gathering of farmers, ex-Power minister Babu Singh urged the government to take serious note of farmer’s sufferings due to the use of chemical based technology.

Singh demanded citizenship rights for the Pakistani refugees. District convener of the Kissan Movement and convener of Nature-Mankind Friendly Global Movement Hurmat Singh, Sahib Singh along with other leaders of the Kissan Movement, Rajinder Singh, Sanjeev Verma, Karan Singh, Shindi, Karan Singh, Daya Ram, Sat Paula Saini and Ram Raj were also present.
