All party delegation should interact with PoK refugees: KD | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 20: Kranti Dal (KD) State President, Raj Roop Singh and General Secretary Pritam Singh addressing a press conference on Monday. They said that Kranti Dal is the voice of Jammu province and they will start agitation the government as well as center government both these government will not stop the discrimination with the Jammu region. Raj Roop Singh said that the All Party Delegation to talks with the POK and West Pakistani Refugees who are suffering last over 60 years without any shelter and land. Raj Roop Singh demanded that both governments should be given adequate compensation to each family uprooted from POK and West Pakistani Refugees in 1947 wars against their loss of movable and immovable property. He said special financial package should be given for Chammb displaced people in 1965 and 1971. Raj Roop Singh also said, there should be reserved 10 assembly seats for displaced persons who migrated from POK and West Pakistani Refugee to Jammu Division. He also emphases for implementation of "wadhwa Committee Report". He said government should allot eight Marla land at safer places for the families living in flood prone area of Chenab and Tawi River. Pritam Sharma said, Jammu is suffering from last 60 years with discrimination but Kranti Dal has taken responsibility to uproot the discrimination from the Jammu region. Pritam Sharma also raising the issue of discrimination with Jammu region. He said 296 Contractual Employees of SKAUST at Jammu are terminated while in Kashmir, the SKAUST employees are regularized. He said, Central University is also yet not established in Jammu. Pritam Sharma said Indra Gandhi Dental College, Jammu has been de-recognized while in Kashmir, Dental College has been recognized. He further said that Hindu Shrine Temples Bill should be passed to protect the temples as there Aquaf for Muslims property. Kranti Dal also demands 50% employment in Secretariat should be provided to the Jammu province. Sharma asked the All Party Delegation to talks with all section of Jammu Province. He said this is not the matter of only violence in Kashmir but it is also the issue of ensure the protection of minority families in Mendhar, Poonch and Kashmir region. Pritam Sharma said, Violence in Kashmir is also effected the business in Jammu region. Package should be given to hoteliers, Industrialists and other business which also suffered from it. Others who were present in the Press Conference Samarjeet Singh, Jagdish Sudan, HarAsis Singh, Rajinder Bhagat, Varinder Singh Duta, Maan Singh, Himanshu Bali Davinder and Sankul Gupta.
