JKHRW chief hails centre move | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 21: The state chairman J&K Human Rights Watch (JKHRW) , B.L.Kapoor in a statement today said that the decision of union government for deputing all party delegation to Kashmir to access the overall sitauation arisen there and the reasons behind this turmoil was appreciable. He added that the yesterday’s meeting revealed different shades of opinions. The delegation from centre was unable to decide the solution at once there because of different opinions from the different parties and leaders . Kapoor, however, opposed the demand of withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) which is the only weapon of protection from the anti-nationalists otherwise the proxy war had not been controlled withdrawal the AFSPA, personal security to those who are nationalists and keeping an eye upon the authorities informed is a deep rooted conspiracy hatched with pre planned so that the naferious designs of elements could be saved from hurdles and go ahead for their mission towards disturb peace and harmony of the state of J&K as well as the country as a whole.
