JAMMU, Sept 21: India International friendship ( IIFS ), New Delhi has honored Dr Javid Iqbal, HOD Botany, Govt Degree College Bhaderwah with most coveted institutional and globally reputed person presentation of Shiksha Rattan Puraskar along with a certificate of excellence. The grand annual ceremony of the presentation was held at Dy speaker hall constitution club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi recently. This award was presented to the awardees in glittering function befitting of the great event by Governer of Pondichery It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Javeed Iqbal has attended many conferences, symposiums , seminars and presented many scientific papers.
