| GCET organizes symposium on role of youth in nation building | | | Early time report
Jammu, Sept 21: A symposium on ‘role of youth in nation building’ was organized by the NSS unit of Govt. College of engineering and technology at its new campus here today. In the symposium nearly 20 students participated in the competition and out of which the Judges selected the two best participants Ishita Mengi and Abhinanadan Singh. They have covered the area like to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger, to achieve universal primary education, to promote gender equality and empower women, to refer child mortality to improve maternal health , to combat HIV/AIDS malaria and other diseases to ensure environmental sustainability, to develop, a Global partnership for development. Judges of the programme were Ritu Rani, Sourab Abrol and Arti Bhatt.
