| 1 killed another injured in road mishaps | | | Jammu: A pillion rider died on spot and motorcyclist arrested. While as a motorcyclist is also battling for life in GMC hospital in two different accidents occurred in district Jammu today.
The pillion rider Akhlial son of Mohd Amin resident of Bathindi died on spot when a speedy motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AL/9466 he was riding turned turtle. The motorcyclist Sahil Sharma son of Nirmal Sharma resident of Narwal, as per police sources, lost his control after coming across a speed breaker near Raman Bhalla's rented home at Gandhi Nagar. He was arrested by Gandhi Nagar police on the allegations of flouting traffic norms.Both the youth were going for tuition when the incident occurred.
Meanwhile in another incident a youth identified as Chiky son of Satpal resident of Nagbani fall from the fly over after he lost his control over his speedy motorcycle at KC Morth.The injured is being operated in GMC hospital,police sources said. |
