| War cannot bring any solution: Shekhawat | | |
New Delhi, Oct 28: Despite India's victories over Pakistan in various wars fought between the two, there has been no solution so far, Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat said Saturday.
Releasing two books - "Sharhad Par Ki Bisaten" and "Khusboo Ka Libaas" - written by noted Hindi journalist and poet Kanhaiyalal Nandan at a function here - Shekhawat said it was high time the two South Asian neighbours sought a solution through means other than war.
Referring to the book, "Sharhad Par Ki Bisaten", he said what makes it special is that it carries this very message.
In the book, the author looks at international diplomacy from his own perspective.
"Khusboo Ka Libaas" is a book of poems exploring human relations. |
