| Neeraj appointed Central Govt counsel for Udhampur | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Sept 24: Neeraj Gupta, an advocate of the Udhampur Bar , has been appointed as the Standing Government Counsel by the Government of India .
According to order issued by Ministry of Law and Justice Department of Legal Affairs, Gupta has been appointed as standing government counsel for conducting the central government litigation (other than the cases of income tax and railway department ) and the cases filed against public officers while in the service of the central government before the district ,subordinate courts, consumer forum and tribunals at Udhampur .
Gupta was earlier practicing as an advocate in Udhampur district will have a tenure of three years in his new assignment.
