| Adbi Kunj holds literary meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 24: Continuing, its regular weekly literary activities, multi lingual literary organization Adbi Kunj Jammu, held another multi faceted prose and poetic meet at its centre in New Shastri Memorial Higher secondary school which was presided over by a well known intellectual, writer and social activist, comrade Jaswant Singh.
Sham Talib, president of the organization threw light on the current situation of the country as well as the state and appealed to mass to uphold their brother hood and peace and create atmosphere to show their respect to the regions. He also lauded the role of writers to promote the sense of peace harmony and unity.
In this atmosphere on the role of organization, he said that it is the tradition of the organization that it used to organize its prose session along with poetic session.
Many poetic and prose renditions were made on the occasion that included various speakers presenting their respective works in short stories, poems and prose that were appreciated by the audience present on the occasion.
Renowned intellectual and literature lover Vikas Chander Sharma was the Chief Guest of the meet.
