| JYBT holds free medical camp, 165 patients examined | | | EARLY TIMES report
JAMMU, Sept 25: 165 patients suffering from cancer related ailments and Neurological disorders were examined at free medical checkup camp organized by Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust here on Saturday. This was the 10th free medical checkup camp organized by Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust (JYBT) at Jammu.
The renowned cancer ailments expert, Dr. Ashok Vaid (Padamshree) Chairman Iconology and Hematology, Medanta Cancer Institute (The Medicity) Gurgaon, who had come to his native place Jammu for the 8th time for free check up, examined and gave consultation to patients. The renowned Nero scientist Dr. Aditya Gupta examined 60 patients suffering from neurology related diseases.
Pawan Shastri President JYBT provided all facilities to the expert doctors from Medanta Medicity to give free check ups and consultations to patients suffering from various ailments. Shastri disclosed that in due course of time full fledged OPD, with basic facilities of X-Ray machine, Ultrasound and other lab equipments will be set up for giving free check up and consultation to the patients by the highly senior and expert doctors from all over the country. |
