| Prosecution starts arguments on the charge | | Amandeep Murder case | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 25: In much publicized murder case of Amandeep Singh s/o Advocate Deepinder Kour Former MLC which took place on August 29, 2009, the prosecution has started arguments on framing of charges against the accused persons.
Second Additi-onal Sessions Judge Jammu Mr. Vinod Chatterji Koul today adjourn the case till October 4, 2010 for further arguments from the prosecution.
All the accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sujat Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh, except Choudhary Jagar Singh present in Custody whereas Choudhary Jaggar was present with his counsel.
It is worthwhile to mention here on August 29, 2009 the murder of Amandeep Singh s/o Former MLC & Advocate presently PDP Leader Deepinder Kour. The main accused Jatinder Singh s/o Choudhary Nagar Singh was arrested on August 30, 2009 and accused Royal Singh was also arrested and later and weapon of offence was recovered from them. It was alleged that the weapon of offence was allegedly changed by the Choudhary brothers by hatching criminal conspiracy with the police officers and FSL officials, all the police officials & FSL officials were arrested in fudging of evidence whereas the Choudhary brothers surrendered before the Court on November 17, 2009. ----JNF
