NSF raises various demands with all party delegation | | | EARLY TIMES Report JAMMU, Sept 25: President National Secular Forum (NSF) Vikas Sharma appealed to the Central Government to send such delegation to Jammu and Kashmir to check the political system and scenario in Jammu and Kashmir, who can give an appropriate conclusion without considering their own necessity and gain. Addressing apress conference here on Saturday, Vikas said that that good governance can be provided to the State of Jammu and Kashmir which would not compel the local to pelt stones. He highlighted the demands which put forth before the All Party Delegation. They demanded equal participation in SSRB/PSC recruitment to all three region, resolve the cases of Dental college as soon as possible, grant maximum budget to the University of Jammu, create maximum post in Jammu University and off sites campuses and give preference to the scholar/ Student of Jammu University, give stipend to every youth who have completed their degree, grant equal employment packages to all three region without discriminating, start the session of the Central University and employ local Vice Chancellor etc. Vikas further appealed to the Central Government and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to personally intervene and implement all demands which they put forth so that a prosperous government shall prevail. Others who were present in the press conference include Surjit Chowdhary District Chairman, Randeep Chib, Ravi Chowdhary, Joginder Thakur, Uday Singh and Sandeep Chib. |
