| 3 KZF associates booked under PSA | | | Jammu : Three Khali Sthan Zindabad Force's associates were booked under Public Safety Act by police and were sent to Central Jail, Kotbhalwal today. SP Headquarters JS Johar said that three persons who were close aide of the Nita Group of KZF were sent to Central Jail after slapping PSA against them. The accused identified a Satnam Singh alias Tany son of Prabudyal and Parvesh Kumar son of Bihari Lal of RS Pura and Darshan Singh son of Pritam Singh of village Naadi,Miran Sahib were sent to Joint Interrogation Centre,Jammu where they admitted that they were engaged in trans border smuggling and for the purpose they were given hefty amount.
The trio gangsters were lifted by police on 8 August in different raids conducted in the RS Pura areas where during questioning they admitted that the cache of arms and ammunition which was recovered by BSF on 29 December 2009 Border Security Forces troops deployed at Bakarpost was being smuggled by Nita from Pakistan. Before they could reach on the consignment the same was seized by the BSF. |
