| HC directs BOSE to accept admission form of ETT institutions | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, September-27: In a series of petitions filed by the ETT institutions has sought direction to the State Board of School Education to accept the admission forms and other forms of the students of the petitioner’s institution for the session 2009-2011 and regularise the admission of the students as per the intake capacity as prescribed in the NOCs and other guidelines laid down by the Govt.
Justice JP Singh after hearing both the sides issued notice to the respondents State of J&K through Commissioner/ Secretary School Education Dept and Chairman JKBOSE to file objections within four weeks.
In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to accept the admission forms along with requisite fee and registrations returns forms of the petitioner’s colleges. Court further directed that the result of the students undergoing training in the colleges shall not, however, be declared without the permission of the Court. JNF
