Pak has changed strategy from armed terrorism to mob-terrorism: BJP
Perpetrators of cross border terrorism taking advantage of weak central government, communal state coalition, observes Chaman Lal

EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, September 27: Bhartiya Janata Party has emphasized the need for accelerating of the development activities, especially in the regions of Jammu and Ladakh, which are not affected by the mob-terrorism being perpetrated by the separatists and enemy agents in the valley of Kashmir.
The leader of the BJP Legislators Party, Chaman Lal Gupta addressing gatherings on the occasion of launching development works at Paloura, Bhagwati Nagar, Sarwal and other places said that a strange situation has been created because of mob-violence in the Valley as the state dispensation looks in shambles and even the developmental activities are badly affected but for the poor governance.
Gupta said that Pakistan has changed its strategy from armed terrorism to mob-terrorism to harm India in Jammu and Kashmir.
Pakistan had launched a proxy war against India over 20 years ago but as it failed to achieve its nefarious objectives the modes of anti-India operations have been changed.
He pointed out that recent statements of Pakistan Foreign Minister and some others clearly establish that all what is happening in the Valley is but for Pak-designs. This new style of terrorism has caused more harm than the armed militancy for which Pakistan too, had to spend and sacrifice something for its low-cost war but in the new strategy the only suffers are the people of this state or other parts of the country.
The BJP leader observed that Pakistan has changed its strategy because the perpetrators of cross border terrorism felt that there was weak government at New-Delhi and the coalition of the State is not only a hotchpotch but its limbs and mind too, are infected by the virus of communalism as the NC itself has been crying for reversal of the integration process to put the state back to the position of 1953 and thus, loosen the ties between this part of the country and rest of India.
He asked the party activists to identify the problems of the people and take keen interest for their solution.
Gupta regretted that Jammu and Ladakh regions are being discriminated against both by the State and Central Governments perhaps because the people of these areas are nationalists and stand for unity and integrity of India to the disliking of the National Conference and Congress leadership. Such leaders must be exposed and the glaring instances of regional and communal approach of these parties should be brought in focus on all the forums of public importance.
BJP leader was accompanied by Parmod Kapahi, Dinesh Khanna, Prabhat Singh, Ayudhya Gupta, Ram Kumar, Parshant Puri, Bal Krishan, Dinesh Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, R.K. Raina and others.
