| PSC Sangrur wins junior roller hockey title | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 27: Punjab Sports Club (PSC) Sangrur clinched the junior title in the three-day Jammu Gold Cup Roller Hockey Championship, organised by Indiana Roller Skating Club at Shiva Roller Skating Institute, Peer Kho, here.
In the final, played late yesterday evening, PSC Sangrur blanked Addiction Roller Hockey Club Jammu 4-0.
Meanwhile, in In-line roller hockey, Indiana Club trounced Super Striker by four goals to two.
It is pertinent to mention here that the senior boys title went to Jammu based Addiction Club while Champs Club remained runners-up.
In the finals and prize distribution function, Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Raman Bhalla was chief guest who gave away winners and runners-up trophies as also other individual prizes. He was accompanied by guest of honour, president of J&K Roller Skating Association, G S Khurmi and organizing secretary, PP Singh.
