| Art of Living reaches out to Leh flood victims | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 27: Continuing with its efforts to provide succor to victims of flash flood in Leh, Art of Living dispatched second batch of water filters to Leh today.
In this batch, 72 water purifiers were sent to be distributed amongst the affected people, who are facing acute shortage of clean drinking water.
In addition Rajendra Dhawan, trustee, Sri Sri Rural Development Program, and Damodaran, psychologist and trauma expert have conducted trauma relief workshops in two camps (Project Himank camp and Gompa Gatsal in Choglamsar near Leh), in which over 150 people participated.
More such workshops are planned in days ahead to assist the local inhabitants to come out of the fear psychosis this tragedy has created.
