NSUI educates villagers on Bhagat Singh’s birth anniv

JAMMU, sEPT 27: National Students Union of India(NSUI), J&K conducted on foot visit in Bajalta, Nagrota and Broian villages on the birth anniversery of Shaeed Bhagat Singh who laid his life for the country. NSUI activists awared the sacrifice and message of Shaeed Bhagat Singh Ji. They distributed papers pamplets on life history of Shaeed Bhagat Singh and his message to youth. The activists distributed sweets and fruits to the the people and stationary items in the Govt. Middle School, Bajalta.
Amid slogans “Bhagat Singh Amar Raha ‘”inqulaab Zindabad” ‘Bharat Mata ki jai”,and they paid tributes to shaeed Bhagat Singh and garlanded the portraits of the son of soil. The programme was presided by Abdul Rashid Choudhry state president NSUI .
This session of programmes was organised by Fairoz Khan, state general sec. NSUI, J&K, incharge Jammu rural and coordinated by state committee . Abdul Rashid Choudhry state president NSUI revealed that the purpose of organising the programmes and visiting these villages was to educate youth and students about the legend who laid down his life to make India a free nation .
He furthEr added that this year on March 23 on death anniversary of shaheed Bhagat Singh jii, a large number of NSUI workers gathered and are doing this for many years at Jewel Chowk (shaeed Bhagat Singh chowk), demanded that statue of shaeed Bhagat Singh ji and a museum in the name of shaeed Bhagat Singh ji dedicated to freedom fighters in Jammu but to much shame there is only some little construction at that chowk and rest is same .
The whole programme was coordinated by State General Secretary Charnjeet Singh Chiko , State General Secretary Arjun Singh Phathina ,State General Secretary Raj kamal arya ,state sec. Snigda Shekar,Ajay kumar distt. president Doda , Narander Kumar Modi distt. Vice President Kishtwar , Kajal Ayoub, Priya Verma , Muna Mohidin, Baber , Gagandeep Sharma ,Anshuman Sharma ,Talib hussain.
