Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 28: The Supreme Court of India has fixed October 1 to hear the petition of the J&K National Panthers Party against the terror and effects of continue curfew in Kashmir Valley for weeks causing untold miseries and sufferings to the common people, patients, students, daily labourers, employees and housewives because of the closures of hospitals, educational institutions, public places, shops, chemist shops. The petition has been filed by Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, J&K National Panthers Party who heads the State Legal Aid Committee, J&K seeking immediate intervention of the Apex Court directing the Governor of J&K and the Chief Secretary to provide all possible facilities, including curfew passes to the journalists, media persons, doctors and the patients.
