Jammu, Sept 28:
In a case filed CBI against Jia Lal Verma, Suresh Kumar both sons of Kartar Chand r/o Tapyal Tehsil Hira Nagar Chairman & Secretary NGO and Mr. Amarjeet Sen Assistant Project Officer DRDA Kathua for misappropriation of Govt money to the tune of 10, 99, 813, Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Mr. Koul today after hearing Senior Public Prosecutor SK Bhat for CBI and Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi for accused have framed charges u/s 5(2) r/w 5(1) (d) of PC Act 2006 and 120-B/ 467/468/471/477-A/409 and 420 RPC.
