Jammu, Sept 28:
Omar Abdullah is misleading public by making false propaganda about justice with all three regions, said BJP state spokesperson Ramesh Arora in an inauguration function organized by Medical College Hospital, Jammu.
“Omar Abdullah is more Kashmir-centric than any other political leaders of the Kashmir. He always remained biased towards Jammu and Ladakh,” said Ramesh Arora adding that he never heeded towards the demand of granting any right to PoK or refugees residing in Jammu region since 1947 onwards.
No initiative has been taken by his government for dignified return of Kashmir migrants back to their homes, who are living under miserable condition after their exodus, he said.
He also raked up the issue of Central University’s Vice-chancellor appointment still pending for Jammu.and quried as to why work of land acquisition process for setting of the Centre University is delayed on one or the other pretext?
“Why Dental College is not recognized and government is casual and callous towards the problems faced by students, he further asked adding as to why grievances of unemployed belonging to Jammu and Ladakh are not redressed properly?
He also ridiculed the eagerness shown by government to conduct election for Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council without rehabilitating the effected people in Leh due to natural calamity.
He said that no step has been taken to implement memorandum of understanding arrived between Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti and the then government in 2008 while recalling the ignorance of omar government to provide compensation to the families of 13 martyrs of 2008 agitation, while the chief minister is running from pillar to post to get 5 lakh each for those who were engaged in anti-India activities.
All the above said questions are to be replied by the chief minister if he wants to justify his claims of fair deal with Jammu, Ladakh and Kashmir, warned the BJP spokesman.
