Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 28: All Jammu Newspapers Editors Association (AJNEA) has alleged sheer violation of advertisement norms by Chief Executive Organization (CEO) Bhaderwah Development Authority.
In a press statement issued here today, AJNEA president Ravinder Singh alleged that CEO Bhaderwah Development Authority (BDA) directly released advertisement of World Tourism Day to a particular national newspaper and not through Department of Information and Public Relations which is sheer violation of advertisement norms”.
He informed, “There is a SRO which says that all the government advertisements should be circulated to newspapers through Department of Information as said department allots DIP No to the advertisement before releasing it to the newspapers but CEO Bhaderwah directly released the advertisement to a prominent national daily directly without any DIP No which is totally uncalled for”. AJNEA president appealed the concerning department to take note of this sheer violation of advertisement norms.
