| Two Vaishnodevi pilgrims die of heart attack | | | Early Times Report
Katra, Sept 28:
Two Vaishnodevi pilgrims died of cardiac arrest en route the holy cave shrine of the goddess here this morning. Tej Pratap (50), son of Ram Roop, suffered a heart attack at Himkoti close to the bhavan at about 9.15 am, police sources said.
He was admitted to the Himkoti dispensary where doctors pronounced him brought dead. He hailed from Rajiv Colony in Faridabad, the sources added.Adi Narayan (60), son of Muni Ram of Banglore, suffered the heart attack at Ban Ganga and died instantly.
Post-mortem was conducted on both the bodies at the Katra hospital. These were later handed over to their family members, who were accompanying them.
Sources said the families took the bodies homes for cremation.
