| Seminar on promotion of communal harmony held | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Sept 29 A seminar was organisd on ‘the promotion of Communal Harmony Peace and Brotherhood’ by the non-governmental organisation Village Social Welfare and Development Committee, Kishanpur Dungarra, Billawar in collaboration with New Age College, Dewal, Billwar in the premises of the college. On the occasion, the principal of the college Prof. R.C Bhagat was the chief guest and also asked the gathering to remain vigilant from the elements who are hell bent to disturb communal harmaony in the state. In the seminar, the student Koshal Sharma got first position, Sapana Thakur clinched second position and Abhinav Sharma stood third and were honoured with certificates and momentoes sponsored by the NGO. On the occasion, the chairman and Vice chairman Hazi Rtd. Tehsildar Qadin of the Village Social Welfare and Development Committee Kishan pur Dungarra Billawar and all the students with staff were present.
