| Vohra gives assent to 8 bills | | Council-2010 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, SEPT 30: Secretary, J&K Legislative Council, Abdul Rashid Mir today informed the House that eight bills passed by both the Houses of Legislature during last session (February – April,2010) have been assented to by the Governor N.N Vohra on April 20 and May 10 respectively.
These bills are Jammu and Kashmir Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Bill-2010, the Jammu and Kashmir Benami Transactions (prohibition)Bill, the Jammu and Kashmir Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill , the Jammu and Kashmir Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment)Bill, the Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Laws(Amendment) Bill, the Jammu and Kashmir Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Bill and the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralisation and Recruitment Bill.
