| Poor medicare at SDH Mandi | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Oct 1: The attendants of a patient in Sub District Hospital Mandi, Poonch today staged protest demonstration in the hospital premises alleging that the para-medical staff on duty were not present on duty.
Relatives of Ghulam Rasool namely Bashir Hussain Ansari said that their patient had turned serious and the medical assistant in the hospital was found him missing. He said that the medical assistant was found busy in his private medical shop in duty hours.
“I requested him to check the patient but he refused to come and advised me to go and wait”, Ansari said, adding, that he did not check their patient till another Medical assistant came and save the life of their patient.
The patients said that due to ill-attitude of doctors and para medical staff in the hospital, they are forced to move towards Poonch hospital.
