Agri technocrats welcome CM’s statement | | | Early Times Report Kathua Oct 3: The agriculture technocrats, who are working as Junior Agriculture Assistant, in agriculture department under Reharbar-e-Ziraat scheme organised a press conference at Shaheed Bhagat Singh park in Kathua to welcome the statement of the Chief Minister Omar Abdulla in which he had stressed to formulate the concrete and comprehensive policy to regularize the R-e-Z employees. The district Kathua chairman of the association Vinod Sharma and the president Sanjeev Verma welcomed the efforts of the government headed by the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in connection with the secure future of the already frustrated and overaged agricultural technocrats and working under the R-e-Z scheme for the last more than three years on very meager amount of Rs 3000 as salary per month . The general secretary of the association Rajinder Singh urged upon the state government to formulate the policy and announce it as soon as possible in real and practical way and not to make it up to the statements and meetings. They further said that if the state government was really serious to provide justice to agriculture technocrats then it has to disclose the policy before the Darbar Move and give it practical shape.
