| Enterpreneurship development programme for women’s at katra | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 3: The rural artisans welfare society, a non governmental organization (NGO) working in the field of rural development through income generation of rural women is organizing a three days entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) for women SHG’s formulated under Ambedkar Hastshlip Vikas Yozna (AHVY) on 4th to 6th Oct 2010 at Katra.
The inauguration will be done by Panduranga K Pole district development commissioner the programme is aimed to develop the entrepreneurship capacity of the rural women for income generation and is sponsored by O/o D.C. handicrafts, ministry of textiles government of India. The beneficiaries of the programme EDP are thirty leaders of women SHG’s formulated by the organization in Udhampur and Reasi district departments like D.C Handicrafts, Nabard, oriental bank of commerce. K.V.I.B, micro medium and small enterprises and director handicrafts are also participating in the entrepreneurship development programme (EDP).
Experts from Jammu university and Mata Vaishno Devi University were also deliver the lecture to the beneficiaries.
