| Gujjar leader terms J&K govt’s claims baseless | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 4: District President of Doda-Kishtwar Akhil Bhartiya Gujjar Mahasabha Isa Mohammed completed week long intensive tour of far flung and rural areas of Doda District, Kishtwar and upper reaches of Baderwah to ascertain difficulties being faced by the people.
During his tour, Isa Mohammed met numerous delegations and heard problems of multiferous nature directly confronting the rural population particularly the Gujjar Community. Isa expressed surprise over the claims of the state government with regard to road connectivity , electricity, water supply and education. He said that all the claims are baseless and exist only on papers.
He said that In the areas like Pachola , Bonjwa (Kishtwar) , Nagni Joura , saraj , Batola (Doda) Kounthal Gujjar Basti Baderwah, people are livving in worst conditions and need immediate attention. Those who accompanied Isa included Choudhary Reham Ali, Mohammed Hussain,Nasar Din, Choudhary Mohammed Hussain, Mohammed Shafi (Bonjwa), Molvi Gulab din and Ghulam Mohammed.
