| NSS organizes Inter-collegiate slogan writing competition | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 5: To celebrate Gandhi Jayanti week, from 2-9 October, NSS in collaboration with Directorate of students welfare and Ringchen Bzangpo Art gallery, Jammu University organized 1st Inter-collegiate slogan writing competition on peace, harmony and non-violence today which was inaugurated by Prof. N.K Tripathi, Director Students welfare and Prof. Jasbir Singh, programme coordinator, NSS, JU. The prizes were distributed by Prof. Anita Billawria, while Dr. Vishav Raksha presented welcome address and vote of thanks was presented by Dr.Anupama Vohra. The first prize went to Samridhi Sharma of G.C.W Gandhi Nagar, Mahak Devi of SPMR college of commerce secured 2nd prize, and Megna Jain and Khyam of Jammu University Shared 3rd prize. The encouragement prizes were given to Tsering Gurmeet of Fine Arts Mahima Sharma of GDC Kathua, Ripu Daman Parihar of JU and Manjeet Kumari of GDC Paloura.
