| Bovine smuggling foiled, 2 held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 5: Ramban Police recovered bovine and arrested two persons including the driver of the vehicle who were being involved to smuggle these in a Tata Mobile this afternoon.
Reports said that, after developing an information regarding smuggling of bovine from Jammu to Srinagar , Police party of PS Ramban swung into action and intercepted the said vehicle at Ramban. During search of the vehicle 6 (six ) bovine were seized. Vehicle was seized and accused persons namely Mohd Rafi of Bhart Nagar and Ab Rashid of Batote were booked under section 188 RPC. Case to this effect stands registered at PS Ramban.
