| Jawan dies of heart failure | | | JAMMU: An army jawan of Gorkha Rifles died of heart failure at Balnoi in Mendhar area of Poonch early this morning. Police sources said rifleman Bimal Somare (28), son of Tek Bahadur Somre of Bardanda in Nepal, complained of chest pain early in morning.
He was immediately shifted to hospital but was declared brought dead by the doctors, the sources added. He was posted with 25 Gorkha Rifles at Balnoi Base in Mendhar.
Police had registered a case in this connection and started investigations under section 174 CrPC. |
