| Court frames corruption charges against TSO, ors | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 06 (JNF):- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu AK Koul today framed charges against Vijay Kumar then TSO, Mohd Ashraf, Mohd Ali then Store-Keepers, Ghulam Mohd-ud-Din Khanday Dealer CAPD, Swami Raj Dealer, Gulab Singh dealer carrier for misappropriation of Food Grains in Kishtwar.
According to the case in the above said accused persons hatched a criminal conspiracy and misappropriate the ration as such caused a loss to the state exchequer. Accused Mohd Ashraf and Mohd Ali store-keepers committed offences u/s 5(2) of PC Act 2006 r/w section 409/407/120-B RPC whereas accused Vijay Kumar TSO, Ghulam Mohd-ud-Din Khanday, Swami Raj, Gulab Singh of dealers of CAPD and Ashok Kumar carrier have committed offences u/s 409/407/120-B RPC. Accordingly accused are charged against these sections.
