| Hostel boarders organized fresher meet | | |

Jammu, Oct 7: The Boarders of the Govt, M.A.M College hostel organized ‘Fresher Meet’ first of its kind in the hostel complex here today. A colourful and impressive cultural programme was presented on the occasion. A Ladakhi Group Dance by Shabas and party, Punjabi and Dogri Dances by Rajinder and party and cracking of Jokes by Joginder Rana and Jagdeep Singh made the evening colourful and memorable.
The function started with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the Chief Guest Prof Dr Ajeet Angral, Principal of the College. Prof. angral appreciated the professionalism of the boarders for the organization of fresher party. He advised the boarders to take maximum benefit of the hostel for studying for the competitive examinations. He also wished them all success in the further.
Earlier Prof. Karan Singh Bhau hotel warden under whose supervision, the programme was organized, welcomed the guests, staff members and the students.
Prof. Chander Shekhar, Convener of the College Hostel Committee presented the formal vote of thanks. The programme was attended by the staff-members of the hostel committee and all the boarders at the hostel.
